• Email address – Used for login, account-related communication, and support.
• Photos Files – Users may upload or take photos within the app for project purposes (e.g., documenting asbestos samples).

We do not collect:

• Phone numbers
• Location data
• Device IDs or IP addresses
• Payment information
• Health or fitness data
• User-generated content (e.g., messages)
• Contacts, calendar information
• Analytics, usage data, or crash logs

2. How We Use Your Information

Your data is used to:

• Enable core functionality of the App
• Support your use of the App (including account access and user assistance)
• Allow photo uploads related to inspection reports

We do not use your data for marketing or advertising purposes, and we do not track usage behavior within the app.

• You, the account holder
• Other authorized users within your organization (if applicable)

4. Data Storage and Security

• Storage: Data is stored on encrypted servers provided by Google Firebase and locally on your device for offline access.
• Retention: Data is retained until it is deleted by you or another authorized user in your organization.
• Access Control: Only users within the same organization can access each other's data, and access is restricted based on account credentials.
